Marinade Earn In October Marinade introduced a new incentives campaign, Marinade Earn, and there has been tremendous staking growth since. Stakers will be able to claim their locked MNDE on Jan 1. (👀 Szn 2 soon?)

Marinade Native Marinade introduced a Native staking product. This #OPOS product enables the optimized delegation strategy of Marinade without the liquid staking smart contract. It's already been used by over 3,000 wallets and +4M SOL stake.

⚖️ Realms Governance Marinade moved the DAO from Tribeca to @Realms_DAOs This enables fully on-chain, automated and transparent treasury and voting. It also lets Marinade benefit from all the ecosystem tooling coming to Realms.

Open Doors Program Open Doors rewards the protocols and validators who grow mSOL in the ecosystem. Simply put those who help grow Marinade stake and Solana decentralization should get MNDE for DAO governance.

Directed Stake Directed Stake allows mSOL and MNDE holders to vote for validators to receive Marinade stake. Over 4M SOL is directed to validators now through directed stake.

New delegation strategy: Marinade introduced a new delegation strategy for its validator set that improved performance as well as transparency. Heading into 2024 Marinade is looking to expand the algorithmic delegation to well beyond 100 validators.
